Marvellous. I loved it.
This kind of action is what lacks in the anime and makes it suck. (sorry for all those who like it)
Watching it made me want to play Platinum. xD

Pretty good. I liked also the way that you introduce each character. Those descriptions remind me of Megaman X4, when they describe each boss in a similar way.

Well, I have to say the series improved totally since the first episode.
Pretty good, and funny. But the two acts of the last episode had one flaw: the voicing.
NO! The voicing is not bad, actually it is great, it's just that some people might end up not understanding what is being said. How so, you ask? Remember that NG is not only made by people from english-speaking countries. I'm brazilian, for example. I understood everything that was said, because I'm english fluent speaker, but many other people might not have good english hearing, just good reading. I'm not saying that the voicing was a bad idea, I'm just saying that subtitles might have been a good thing to put on the animations.
Apart from that, great job.

Nothing special to it. The animation is not bad, given the sprites, but, well... A Super Saiyan 3 Goku would kill Nappa in the blink of an eye.
After all, Nappa was impressed to see a power of "NINE THOUSAAAAND"... So imagine how he would be facing a Super Saiyan 3.

Not that I like Dragon Ball. After all, in the story, being the "most powerful person in the universe" loses meaning two episodes later, when they meet someone twice their power and even more evil than the previous villain.

But, about your animation, it lacks some consistency to the story.
